Can I make changes to my order before it is shipped?

Yes, we want you to be happy with your purchase so for any changes please contact us on +61 421 912 464 or email us at admin@shopica.com.au.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a pickup service.

How long is the processing period?

The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can ship it.

Will my order come in one package?

Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages that may arrive 1-2 business days apart.

Out of stock/backordered items?

If any of your items are out of stock, we will email you to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out. If the things are not likely to be restocked within two weeks, we will automatically refund you for those items.

How can I track my item?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a text message and email (don’t forget to check your spam) with details on how to track your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an international shipping service.

What is your shipping policy and turn-around?

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 days of receiving the orders. Some filter orders take additional time due to large quantities or unusual circumstances. In those situations, we will keep you informed about any major delays.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

I received a damaged item, what do I do?

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance.

How can I change my address?

Our warehouse staff are super quick, so if you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order number so we can try to catch your package before it departs.

There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

What do I do if something is missing in my order or is damaged?

If any purchased items are missing or damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

How long is the return window for products?

We accept returns within 30 days.

Who bears the shipping cost?

For defective products we will cover the return cost for you, for change of mind purchases the customer will need to pay the actual return delivery cost.
